ISA Server 2004 - Problems with URL logs

I need to know how to configure ISA Server 2004 to show websites in the logs and reports instead of only IP addresses?
I am trying to quickly find out what sites users are visiting without having to lookup each individual IP address.

I am hoping there is just a misconfiguration somewhere between the server and the client.

Not really a configuration issue but a decision or personal choice. You need to select an authentication method other than All Users in the internet access rule. By enabling an authentication method, ISA will request the user credentials and then log them once successfully received as well as adding the URL's. Make sure you have ISA2004 sp3 installed also..

Keigh_alabaster would you be so kind as to elaborate on how to select an authentication method? Since I am relatively new at utilizing ISA Server I did not know that users were able authenticate to ISA server. I am attaching a screenshot of how my current configuration is set up, OPSECON-2 are admins and OPSECON-3 are regular users.

open the gui
find each access rule that is allowing internet access using http/https access and then right-click - select properties
open the Users tab - remove the All Users and then Add an AD group

That looks OK - as long as the users in opsecon3 are not also part of medical, Navy, etc as their first group involvement will be the rule that is actioned. - ISA processes the rules from top-downwards.
