Internet Gateway server to monitor my WAN network activities

Asked by Fraas in MS Forefront-ISA, Windows Server 2008, Hyper-V

Hi

I am trying to monitor my network activities and I want to stop visiting some websites & files from downloading

I think , I need to configure one server as a gateway server content (Microsoft ISA Server)

Actually I need to know every thing in my network go out to the internet and come in from the internet

My current network configuration is
----------------------------------------------
Internet Router Local IP Address: 192.168.1.1
and I have 30 PCs start from : 192.168.1.2 To 192.168.1.31
and each PC use : 192.168.1.1 as a gateway for the internet
:( I dont know how consume the network resource ?? how visit the prevented websites ?? how download the large file and throttling the network !!??

I have
- server with 2 network adapters
- Router with 1 network port
- Switch with 30 network port

So what should I do to configure my network to hold in internet gateway server to monitor the internet activities in my network?

Thanks with my best regarding
