Still does not work I can get connected but no acces to the LAN, let explain how is set
- Internal network has two range of IP address 192.168.10.1 to 192.168.10.14 and the Internal NIC IP is 192.168.10.15 (LAN), also internal network has 192.168.15.1 to 192.168.15.20 (NEW RANGE)that is the range of IP addresses the VPN gives to the VPN users.
- the vpn setup has supplies the IP above mentioned
- The rule is on place to to allow traffic from VPN to internal allowing all outbound protocols
I cannot usa IPs from the 192.168.10.xxx range for the VPN clients becasue it says that overlaps the netwok .
What else I can do?
ISA does not deal with subnets -ISA lets the host operating system deal with routing tables and the like. This being the case, the administrator needs to tell the LAT about the ip addresses through the option I mentioned above - and you will notice that there is no option to put in the subnet mask.
Bottom line, you cannot have a subnet split over two different interfaces - ISA will not support it. Youe either need to have a completely separate subnet for the VPN network (using a range that is NOT included within the internal network LAT) OR you use an internal subnet and assign them through the DHCP option when you create the VPN.
