Load balanced ISA 2006 as firewall and proxy caching server intermittent internet problems

Hi,

We have Isa 2006 load balanced in an enterprise running on two virtual windows 2003 servers.  They are running firewall and proxy caching.  We are experiencing internet access being denied every few days, the only way we have found to fix this is to stop and start the firewalls.  Does anyone know what could be causing the problem as there is nothing in the logs.
