Cannot delete files on Wndows Server 2003 R2

Logged in as domain Admin, I cannot delete files from some directories. Administrator has full ownership and rights. Admin deletes files but when refreshed they re-appear. Removed roaming profiles pointers from the AD.Someone please shed some light. I have gone thru permissions and removed all other rights to files and to no avail.Start Free Trial
