is there a program or SOMETHING that you can use to record your screen? im pretty sure there is something like this but i have no clue what it is, where it is, and how much it costs. i know people use them to make stuff like tutorial videos and in-game videos for game companies.
Well I am not sure what you mean but if you do this
Alt+PrnScrn you will capture the current window
and PrnSrn by itself will capture the whole screen then open Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint
Then go to the menu Edit > Paste.

The following method uses the Print Screen button on your keyboard.
To make Print Screen work, you must save an image of what's displayed on-screen to the clipboard and then paste it into a document where it can be printed.
To do this, follow these directions:
Maximize the window you'd like to capture.
To capture the current window, hold down ALT + Print Scrn at the same time. To capture the entire screen, just press Print Scrn.
Open a new document in MS Word or MS Photo Editor.
Paste the screen shot by holding down CTRL and V at the same time.
Print the document when you're finished pasting screen shots.

no no no ... i know how to do a freaking screenshot. i want a screen video. record everything you do on your screen.
