Try completely uninstalling the MSN and then reinstalling it. &nbsp;That may work. &nbsp;You ought to also to your username/password on a different computer just to make sure its not your account.<br />

Many thanks for answer. I looked at my passwords &amp;&nbsp;it directed me to the right place to change password / check it was all ok.<br />

I think the problem was that i had too many sign in's. Had to delete one.<br />

Works lovely now so thanks a million. Was tearing my hair out.

I have recently upgraded msn messenger from 6.1 to 6.2. It worked for a day or two but now i cant sign in. I have used the troubleshooter which cant find the problem despite having scanned my machine. Can anyone think of any reason this is happening ??<br />
