SMS Query and Remote assistance Broke

We have been using the old version of SMS for quite some time now and all the sudden we can no longer do pretty much anything associated with SMS (Remote assistance, query's, etc). Though we can type in "C:\smsadmin\bin\i386\remote 2 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" and most of the time it will work. I am able to open the WWA SMS site from the SMSMASTER (our sms server) console when logged on as to our domain as an old user. The only thing that I can assocaiate it to is a possible rights issue. A while back we went from a single domain admin user to individual ones for all domain admins, could this have caused issues. What are some places I can check to verify rights and roles on the server. Any other suggestions?

Nope, no one even really made much of an attempt! So far this site hasn't done a thing to justify me paying for it.
