Hi
I am using outlook express as a email client.

McAfee and Nortons are probably the most common.
Personally I use Nortons and very little spam gets through, and very few non spam get incorrectly filtered.
Sherif60,

There is more than one approach to spam protection, and the different methods have tradeoffs. For example, if you use a whitelisting approach, only those you allow to send you email will get through - but your friends will have to go through a couple of steps to get in touch with you. Here's a great "Review of reviews", which contains links to a great number of different reviews.

I, after a lot of consideration and trial use of serveral products, use SpamCatcher from Aladdin Systems (http://www.aladdinsys.com) - here's PC Magazine's review: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1759,1473769,00.asp. I get 300 or so emails a day, of which 80% or so is outright spam. This product does a good job of separating out the junk from the good stuff.

Cheers,
LHerrou
Hi,

http://www.emailspam.info has an automatic spam remover to remove pop3 spam and also a software that can be integrated with your email client to stop spam completely.

Both of them are just $8.95 and have a free trial version.
