I want to set-up a proxy server on my home network, consisting on 1 server plus 2 macs. Essentially I want to be able to access the internet from multiple machines through one IP address. How do I assign both and internet and intranet IP address to the server, so I can do this? I have looked into a application called Webdoubler, I think it can do what I need done, however, I have not been able to get it working on a machine other than the server. I can set-up netscape on the server the use webdoubler, but I don't know what TCP/IP setting to use on the other machines. I'm using an ethernet network, and a modem dial-up PPP connection, however, I will be swithing to DSL in the near future and want to be able to have the entire network access the internet via the one static IP address they will assign. Any input is welcome.
Thanks,
