Mac OSX connecting to Citrix Metafram XP on W2K Server

I have two Mac's on a primarily Windows network. One recently had a drive go bad and was reloaded. We use the ICA client for these users to connect to an application on a Citrix server. I have downloaded the latest client, set the configuration identical to the working one. When I launch Citrix I get a Citrix window that says "Connection status: connected to 192.168.100.5", which is the Citrix server. The application window never opens, and on the Citrix server does not show the client connected. If the user on the other one launches the application, the window opens and the Citrix server shows the user connected and what application they are running. I have spent several hours comparing the two machines, and even re-downloaded the client from Citrix. Has anyone had a similar problem?Start Free Trial
