Users can't login to MAC

Hi,
 We have random users who for whatever reason can't login to other user's MACS.  Some can login, others can't.  All users are setup in Active Directory(Server 2003) with their own accounts and work fine on their own MACS.  It's just when certain users try logging into another user's MAC, they get the login window shake after entering username and password and it never logs them in.

What is the most likely cause(s) of this issue?
