java.exe taking so much cpu usage

Hello,

Recently we are seeing the java.exe taking so much cpu usage in Web server in production and there are some java errors occrus in log file.

Can you please explain what is the problem here?  How can we exactly identify the problem?

WE are using
PeopleTools 8.45.18
Application: CRM 8.9
Database: SQL 2000 SP3a
Weblogic 8.1 SP5
Tuxwdo 8.1
jdk142_12
OS 2000
