server speed

i got asp.net application on xp,sql and .net2 installed on my comp.

all i want is to print all the relevant data into the users screen.

i am using router that gives me ip forwarding+i have my own ip.

When user type my ip it takes very long time till his pc will view all the aspx file(12kb)
how can it be?
what can i do?
if i will ask my isp to upgrade my upload speed, will it help?
