It is not a port issue since the SMTP server you are trying to reach is not on the network you are on. This would be true on your company network also, you probably won't be able to use the RR SMTP servers. If you are trying to make it look like you are emailing from work, change your info in your email client; especially the reply to. Some email programs let you 'spoof' your sending server address also. You can setup an account with your company email info entered into it, but use your RR account as your "default" account, this way you can get your email from your company and still reply to it through RR. That is normal behaviour for an ISP. I don't think you'll be successfull changing their ideas.
