But basically the answer is yes to your question.. Once the router is setup, you will be able to plug your Hub into it to share the connection, and network your internal LAN...
Also, you are probably using PPPoE for your authentication protocols, so make sure you set that up in your Westell.... this will allow it to be an Always On situation..
