ISDN as I understand it is basically 2 56k modem connections. 128 Kbps is the best download speed you can get as far as I know.
That is slow for one computer, if you get multiple clients using that connection your in trouble.
Do you mean that it is slower than it used to be? or is this a new setup and it is just slow in general?

First, can you define slow? Some ISDN technology is far slower than many other technologies. Do you have a benchmark for the dowload speeds? And can you provide the specifics for your connection--i.e. do you have BRI or PRI?
