How can I see if my 2600 XL frame relay connection is SVC or PVC?

I just got dumped into the middle of a problem of high CRC, input, and output errors on a frame relay connection between a Cisco 2600 XL and an ISP and I need some general information to get started looking at the situation.

I've been reading about the difference between SVC and PVC and I'm not sure how to verify which type of connection I have on my router.

High errors are almost always a telco issue with bad connection somewhere in the line.
Are you using an external CSU/DSU, or the internal DSU module on the router?
The telco will most likely make you change all the cables first before they will accept that it could be on their end, and if it is an external CSU/DSU, possibly replace it, too.
Swear that it is a known good DSU, and tell them you need the line cleaned up. Have them dispatch local telco for bert testing if they need to.

thanks, you're probably right about the PVC but I will post the results of the show frame-relay pvc

yes crc errors generates because of bad media that is provided by telco. u need to check the local cable pair with BERT, that is most susecptable. then u can provide/take digital/physical loop towards ur isp or from ur isp and check the segments one by one.
segmentize the prob n then ask telco to rectify the same.
