bridge configuration t1 setup no connection

I have 2 Blabk Box frame relay routers set up in a bridge configuration. We were on the phone with ATT all day yesterday who claim to have setup our t1 line correctly and am looking for any advice as to how to go about configuring the black box correctly so we can get an ip address from our main office to this remote location.
