Connecting two WAN/LANS

Here is my problem. I have three IPS, one enterprise cable providing inside LAN and internet access, one Verizon T1 bridge providing Point-to-Point connection to our NY and NJ offices, and one Verizon T1 frame relay (to provide application specific internet access). The cable and bridge connection are working properly. What would I need to do to connect the Frame T1 with my local LAN.
