Cannot access server from my location, squirrely DNS behavior

Bizarre behavior trying to access servers.

From my router, I cannot access only the remote server I am using for development. I appear to be able to access any other web location. There is no firewall enabled on the router or on my workstation. I called a friend in town using the same ISP and he can access the server. Using a DNS testing service, the server checks out OK.

But when I try to access the server or any of the sites it hosts, the browser tells me the server cannot be found. Also, while I can access every other server on the web I have attempted, and the speed is good, I can ping none of them. They time out.

Any ideas?
