ASKER
I figured out the problem. It was my fault, I gave the same port number to remote administration of my router, and my apache webserver.
Thanks,

You've tried this situation:
- Apache on port 12345 on your PC
- you connect to your router from outside to a url like http:\\24.55.55.55:12345
- you also have port forwarding to your internal IP address?
One thing you could try is to change the netgear management interface to a different port. It could be that it's getting confused as to who should get port 80: netgear or forward it to your apache server inside.
