Wifi access for a small community

I have a customer who has a housing development with about 30 houses and want to distribute wifi access to all houses.

Here is a rough map of the houses and distances

Security is not an issue as each person using the service is responsible for security on each machine.
It would be very difficuty to cable access points from one location, so wireless seems the only solutiion.
Need to know what equipment to use and is there such a device that has higher power output that the
standrd linksys/d-link access points?

Why is this question posted twice, with a different title each time?

In any case, the diagram shows only 21 houses, not "about 30", so is something missing?

Sounds like the Belkin pre-N equipment would be useful here, since it covers larger distances.

Cisco Access Points would likely be the best bet. You can outfit them with long-range, directional antennas, and there are outdoor, marine-quality antennas available as well. You will pay more for these, but you will only need a couple.
