I am trying to find the best tcip settings(rwin, mtu, ttl, etc.
.) for my Wildblue sattelite for the fastest internet browsing. I have tried a lot of different tcip based programs such as Tweakmaster, TCP Optimizer, etc, they all are good programs, but they all have a set parameter on each setting. Is there a program out there that will detect the best tcip settings for my computer while it is actually in use? I have looked around a lot and the only one I have found will check the best MTU while it is in use. I have used IE6,IE7, Firefox 2.0.0.11 and Firefox 3b2 just to check to see if it was a browser issue. Also every TCP optimizer program I have tried sets it different from 10607 rwin to 516920 rwin. This is very confusing.
