Using HughesNet Satellite with DSL

Does anyone out there know what to do in order to use both DSL and Satellite internet connections on a small LAN in order to get best possible performance. Can cetain client/server apps be routed via DSL while normal browsing and email be done through the Satellite connection? Thx
