How can I determine if someone is streaming video on my network

I have a VOIP system for my office.  Small office with 10 employees running on a T-1 circuit.  I have been having a lot of Chipping on the the phones and have been told that a couple of employees are watching videos online during the day.  How can I determine if someone is watching videos at any given moment.  I don't have QOS setup or content filtering, but I would thing somehow I could tell if this type of traffic is happening and what IP address it is coming from.
