I have Exchange 2K with clients using Outlook 2K. &nbsp;We have a public folder calendar for the company, called company calendar, &nbsp;and I want users to be &nbsp;able to schedule conference rooms and other AV equipment. How do I make these items, with the conf. rooms being most important, resources so that people will not be double booking them. &nbsp;The company calendar is already created and being used, and is under our Public Folders.<br />
