How do I send outgoing email bound for a particular domain to a particular host?

I need to make sure that email bound for a particluar domain is sent to a particular smart host, while sending all other email to a different smart host (ISP). This worked fine in Exchange 5.5 by using the 'specify by email domain' to set exceptions to the main rule. I can't for the life of me work out how to do this on 2003. Currently all other mail is sending fine with the existing virtual server that forwards to ISP.

Cheat.

Add the domain to your DNS server, and specify the MX record as the relay.

You will need to add any other hosts to your DNS as well, or they'll come back as not found.
