Error 502 unimplemented (#5.5.1) sending email from only one email domain

Hello. I keep getting this error message when sending email to one email domain only. My Exchange server is behind the Pix firewall, tried to solve problem with fixup smtp and with no fixup smtp with no luck. Running Exchange 5.5 with latest service pack. My exchange hosting few domains; one of them is ifashions.ca, another is jana.ca. I have the same problem with both domains.

How to troubleshoot this error? If you have any idea please reply...
