Exchange 2000 Webmail
I've got an exchange 2000 server running on a 2000 DC with Outlook Web Access (NOT SBS).
If an account has Domain Admin rights, they can log in to OWA. Any other user is denied access. I've tried a couple things to open it up so Domain Users could access it, but so far, no luck.
The exact error is:
HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized
This is probably easy, but rather urgent.

Have you enabled Outlook Web Access for the users? Right click the User in AD Users&Computers, select Exchange Tasks->Configure Exchange Features->Outlook Web Access ENABLED.

No, it has never worked for anyone without domain admin rights.

Nothing in the article got things working for me... but it did get me thinking and I managed to get it working. I THINK it was because neither my test account nor my other user had an SMTP address on record for the Windows domain name. When I created one and restarted the exchange services, webmail worked.
