Ok, I followed the instrutions below to restrict a user from sending internet mail (Exchange 2003), but it doesn't have any effect. &nbsp;I did restart the services for smtp and routing engine. &nbsp;The one thing I didn't do was a 2nd SMTP connector when I already had one, so I used that connector to add the restricted group under delivery restrictions. &nbsp; Any ideas on what could be wrong? &nbsp;<br />
