Exmerge Problem
Every time I try to merge a mailbox I get this message:

I also gave the Administrator account send-as and receive-as permissions... I am stumped.

Copy the full-featured Mapi32.dll file from the System32 folder of an Exchange Server computer (or any computer on which Microsoft Outlook 98 is installed) to the folder that contains the Exmerge.exe file. After you copy the full-featured Mapi32.dll file to the folder that contains the Exmerge.exe file, the Mailbox Merge program uses the full-featured Mapi32.dll file in the local folder and runs successfully.

I've got it, the pst files weren't read only, but they all had random passwords from when I exported them from Exchange 2000 :-s I reset the password and they seem to be working great now.

To resolve this behavior, remove the Read-only attribute from the .pst files, and then run Exmerge. To do so, follow these steps: 1. Start Windows Explorer, and locate the .pst files.
2. Right-click each .pst file that contains the data that you want to import, and then click Properties .
3. Click the General tab.
4. Click to clear the Read-only check box, and then click OK .

Already resolved it. The files weren't read only, they were password protected.
