I have 1 user, and 1 user only who is having an issue with the out of office assistant.
it comes back with the error message "The command is not available. See the program documentation about how to use this extension."
preface:
Las week, the user went on vacation. She enabled her out of office assistant. She hasn't had a problem with it before.
She came back from vacation today, and couldn't access it from her outlook.
Work around:
I went into OWA and turned it off. It works from there, not from outlook.
I already hear the words coming out of your mouth "outlook is corrupt."
QUESTION:Is there anything else this could be?

while in 2003 outlook it is under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software
your directions for step 8(if it exists) doesn't have a (if it doesn't exists) option, therefore making step 11 pointless.
