Attempting to setup Outlook 2007 profile on Vista Business to Exchange 2003 on Small Business Server.  Get the above error message.  See details below.

Server Name, including FQDN is configured in hosts file.
Able to ping server by IP address or name.
XP machines running outlook work just fine.
Firewall is off.
AV is uninstalled
DNS is functioning correctly.
All drivers are up to date, all Vista patches are installed.
UAC is off.
Article ID      927481 from Microsoft does not apply.
