Looking for ideas on hosted software with a login system used primarily for sharing files

Does anyone have suggestions on a server based software I could install that would allow me to offer file sharing capabilities to clients?  

It would ideally be open source.
A capability to have this kind of infrastructure would be great - (Client A:User1,User2 - Client B:User1,User2)
It could be a specialised Wiki system, or something very simple like http://www.sendthisfile.com/

Any suggestions would be great.
