Dear buddies,
  I want to start an ISP on wifi and wimax and i  m intrested to  start my won web server i have been previosuly purchasing doamin and space from other comapnies now i wan to host my clients domains and web sites on my own server  web server i  have following queries :-

1. Where to get static Ip from.
2. where to register my   web server
3. what hardware we reuqire to  install a linux and windows web server
4. what are the software  reuqirements
5. how to configure them .
6. where to register domain name at
7 how to create  our customer control panels
8.  how to create  email client  for  web email services on the server.
9 How much  static ip we have to purchase
10. Where we have to register for  isp in india and where to  get Static ips from
11. How to mange bandwidth and how much  bandwidth we need
