Upload SQLServer data to host 1and1.com,  How to?

Hi,
How do I  automate the uploading of one table of SQL Server data:
a) from my laptop
b) to my website's SQL Server database  (hosted by 1and1.com)

I currently:  generate a script that I run  on  1and1's Query Analyzer. (https://ntwebtools.1and1.com/mylittleadmin/default.asp)
But that means  cutting and pasting , after manually logging in and stepping through 4 menu choices.
Automating this would help to free up one hour a day.
