Best hosted blog solution (multiple blogs, domains, users)

Hey,

who's using blog software in a hosted environment? I am searching the net and found several blog-software which are multi user,domain,blog capable, but I am not very satisfied about their features. The software should not only support sub-domains, but also domains!
Does anyone run some hosted blogs, what software are you using (Open-source and closed source)?
