Web hosting company closed

One of my customer was hosting his site through a webhosting company(inducingideas.com)
 , he has registered the domain for 5 years all of the sudden that web hosting company was closed and took over by another company , they are not providing any support now my customer is in great trouble as he was unable to open his website nor send mails .
