How To redirect an url to a DMZ machine?

We have a Development Server sitting in the DMZ it obviously has an internal and external IP
we need people within the office to be able to just type an URL in their internet browser and go to the computer (webserver)
thu url they will need to type, while IN the office is dev.server.com
this will take them to the DMZ ip: 10.60.20.255:8778

how can i do this in the firewall?
