I'm Confused!

Okay, this is my first time configuring a server. I have been with my company for 2 yrs, and have been fine up until now that we are switching ISP's. The new ISP gave me these IP's to reconfigure my LAN, so with the IP that were given me, where do I plug them in.

WAN.209.252.38.196/30
LAN 209.252.41.136/29

Default Gateway IP address: n/a  
 
Usable range of static IP addresses:
 N/A thru N/A
 
Authoritative Domain Name Servers (DNS):
 MCLDDNS03.MCLEODUSA.NET
MCLDDNS02.MCLEODUSA.NET
 
Resolver DNS IP Addresses:
209.253.113.18
209.253.113.10
 
 So right now, I have the configuration set to IP Address 209.252.41.137  Subnet 255.255.255.0 DG 209.252.41.136, and the the DNS stated above. I am not able to access the internet. What did I do wrong?
