Do a search on that page for the error 2148073478 and you'll see that 2 of the 3 relate to a corrupt IIS metabase. If this can be restored or validated in some way then that may be enough to get you going again.

Did you follow the link on the previous page? I don't have a subscription and I can quite easily see the info I'm talking about. The MS links on that site DO link to a subs page, but just store the KB# and go straight to MS.

Service: IIS Admin Service, error: 2148073478 - This error started after a hard boot of our Citrix server. It turned out to be a problem with the MachineKey used to encrypt the IIS metabase. I simply restored the key (c2319xxx) in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\
Service: IIS Admin, error: 2148073478 (0x80090006) - This error typically signifies that the metabase is corrupt.
So, this error is specifically marked as relating to the IIS metabase. Try restoring it from a backup. Hopefully it is a recent corruption and not something you've had on tape for a while.
