Hi,
It is showing this error message because your mail server IP has been blocked in the spam data sounrce zen.spamhaus.org . The remote mail server is using this database to indentify the spam mails so you have to contact zen.spamhaus.org to unblock your mail server IP or route your mails from the another IP.
