Hi am a newbie on this and i am lstarting to learn on how to make and setup my own webpage, and i want to know if for my 2 possible solutions (using goddady , or Byethost..or other) I can change myself my webpage design and info as many times as i want?<br />

I will build it myself, ibut i dont know if this companys allow that i can change my webpage any time i want..<br />

Lets say this 2 escenarios:<br />
1) I design a basic HTML webopage and upload it, and then some time later &nbsp;i want to change it completely, and then again.. can i upload it this many times?<br />
<br />
2) &nbsp;I desing and upload an HTML based webpage. &nbsp;Can i later change it to a FLASH based webpage? maintaining my same domain name and hosting?<br />
