Delphi for PHP

Dear Experts

I am totally new to Delphi for PHP 2.0.
Will I be able to do my page design/layout and php code with PHP 4 Delphi?

Where can I find tutorials?

Do you have any experience/skills in PHP for Delphi yourself?
Cause I've got a simple question.

How do you for example, get an image to stay in the centre of the page?
When the page resize the control should always be in the centre of the page.

Please advise.

I don't know using D4PHP. I only use VCL4PHP.
