W3WP.EXE w/ No AppPoolID

I run iisapp to get a listing of all the current PIDs associated with the AppPoolIDs. I have a few PIDs with no AppPoolIDs. These seem to be coinciding with some memory issues on the server, as when I try to kill those processes, the server will hang. Any ideas?
