Browse All TopicsCan anyone tell me where to find documentation on setting up a new terminal emulation type for linux. I need to be able run wyse50. Where do I look, or how do I do it? I can't seem to find a good HOWTO or FAQ.

Linux should already be set-up for a wyse50 terminal.
(In fact I set up one today!)
The termcap and terminfo entries are already in place in my version of Linux. (S.u.S.E.)
They should be in the other releases as well.
If that doesn't work, does your wyse50 terminal emulate any other terminal types that do work?
Failing all of that, I could supply you with the termcap and terminfo entries from my system.
