Slackware 10 IPTables How to forward ports.

Hello,
I'm sure there is an easy way to do this, but i am confused on the iptables concept.  I currently have the Internet WAN port on eth3 on the Slackware Box.  Eth1 is connected to our internal network.  I want to forward the port 3389 so that a connection can come in through eth3 (WAN Port), then go to eth1 to the ip address 192.168.8.4.  Please help!
