Samba, CentOS and multiple users

I want to configure a simple share between CentOS 5 ans Windows (XP or Vista).

On CentOS, I have 4 users ua, ub, uc and ud with passwords pa, pb, pc and pd. This PC is named PCTest10.
All this 4 users are from ggeneral group.

I want to share the folder /opt/jboss/server/default/deploy (belong to ggeneral group) with right access : only ua, ub, uc and ud can write file. (Every one can see this folder, it's not important in my context).

I want to share the home for each user.

I also want to share /tmp folder with all rights for everybody.

I don't want to share anything else.

1st question : How to map Unix users and Samba/Windows users ?
2nd question : How to configure Samba ?Start Free Trial
