how to use squid cache_dir tag effectively?

Dear sir,
we are using squid proxy server for our organization.
here in squi default setting for cache is

cache_dir ufs /var/spool/squid 100 16 256

i want to increace cache size of the squid upto  5 GB.  kindly suggest me what i have to do with the above tag. that will not slow our browsing and increase its size.

cache_dir ufs /var/spool/squid 5000 16 256
or
cache_dir ufs /var/spool/squid 5000 32 256
or
cache_dir ufs /var/spool/squid 5000 64 128
